I am a Licensed Therapist and a Certified Wellness Coach and I truly love what I do. I offer a unique holistic and integrative approach to your health and well-being. I guide, support, create, be brave with and learn about people like you who want to transform the health of your mind and body so you can take charge of your life and be the best version of yourself that you can dream up.
I know this is hard work. I have been where you are. I have felt overwhelmed, unmotivated, exhausted and honestly confused about what to do, where to go and who to ask for help.
My path to more optimal mind and body health was not easy but I found the right support and programs to help me see how the choices I make can either keep me stuck or set me free. I was stuck in feeling bad about my self, my worth, my body, my parenting and so on which made me feel exhausted and unmotivated to make the choices I knew would make me feel better.
I had to become aware of how my beliefs, thoughts and feelings were creating and perpetuating harmful cycles of negative behaviors and impacting my physical health as well as my mental, emotional and spiritual health.

As a therapist and a mindfulness practitioner for many years, you would think that I would have not fallen into this cycle and would have known what to do. But that's the thing, we all need support and guidance at different times in our lives and that is ok. I was right where I was supposed to be to learn what I needed to learn. It was painful but without this opportunity for healing, I would not be where I am today.
I am here. For you.
There are certainly still days where it feels like a struggle to get motivated, be confident or not let my thoughts and emotions get the best of me but I am acutely more aware of my triggers and my patterns which helps me make better choices and be more in charge of my mind, my body and my life.
A little more about me! I am originally from California and moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 1998 to complete my undergraduate and graduate programs. I have 2 young children and love to be outdoors, play games, garden, cook, explore our city and beyond, spend time with friends and family and volunteer in our community. I am equally inspired and challenged by my kids, my partner, our political climate, keeping in alignment with my goals around the health of my body, mind, spirit and family life and being able to support my clients in living a healthy and happy life.
I have over 15 years of experience helping my clients change their habits and transform their lives. I have extensive training and experience with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapies and Transformational Coaching Method. These approaches use powerful techniques helping people create amazing transformations for themselves, with their families and across all areas of their lives.
