Loving Ourselves Works Miracles in Our Lives.

Meditation, breathing exercises, visualization and active relaxation exercises are all mindfulness techniques that my clients learn and/or continue make space for in their lives.  As they increase self-awareness and let go of old beliefs and behaviors, they minimize the impact of stress by responding to it in a way that does not leave them feeling depleted or defeated. These coping skills can impact your energy, temperament, self-worth and relationships with yourself and with others.

Mindfulness practice allows you the space to nurture your true self, build practical coping skills, enjoy freedom from your regular stressors and invite authentic creativity to build a happy and healthy life.

When your body is out of wack, it impacts the health of your mind and vice versa. If something does not feel right, if you are sick or have certain aches and pains it is your body's way of sending a signal to you that it is time to wake up, pay attention and ask yourself some questions. What in my life is not working? Where am I unhappy or unfulfilled? What fears or other emotions am I hiding from or ignoring?

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom. Viktor E. Frankl
